eTimeMachine Enterprise funnels assigned activities from MS Project, Primavera and Action Request/Service Desk Applications into its database; combines them with eTimeMachine’s activities and then delivers the activities to the assigned employee / workgroup / role via the eTimeMachine Workspace™, which also acts as an employee timesheet and available on the web, mobile devices and through e-mail, for work execution and time reporting. After a timesheet has been submitted, eTimeMachine verifies timesheet information, and then passes it over to Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera / P6, where it updates actual cost, progress and status.

Employees can view their work assignments and submit timesheets on the web, mobile devices (BlackBerry, i-phone, etc.) and through e-mail. Timesheet information, including working hours, expenses, attendance, progress and status is first validated automatically based on established business rules, and then goes through eTimeMachine’s approval workflow.
All timesheet information is stored within the system’s centralized data repository and then sent to the respective project management, financial, HR and payroll systems. By centralizing all project, resource and work activity data into one database, project and functional managers are provided with a complete view of resource utilization and availability for more effective resource management, capacity planning and project execution.
